It's nearly impossible to know what it's like to work at a startup. To get on this list, we send out a survey to employees of the company. The company must meet the following requirements:
- eNPS of 50+ We ask employees 'How likely are you to recommend your employers as a place to work?'. A score of +50 is widely considered as 'exceptional'
- 4/5 or greater survey average in questions regarding psychological safety, strength of managers, opportunities for training and development, flexibility.
- have a structured plan towards training and development
- have a structured plan towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
