I’m Rachel, and I run FirstFifty: a people advisory designed for start-ups. I get companies operationally ready for growth - all via light-weight People foundations.

This is often short term or tactical - helping you through a growth spurt, a specific people-pillar, or helping build your internal capability before leaving you with the tools and confidence to build a company you can be proud of.
